Roasted Spiced Sweet Potatoes

These turned out FANTASTIC!!!

4 small or 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into thin slices (rounds)
2 tsp peanut oil
2 tsp Chinese five spice powder (this is NOT hot at all, but it's very aromatic and wonderful)

Toss sweet potato slices with oil and spice powder and arrange them in a single layer on 2 greased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes.
