However just a small point in relation to: "I would focus on health indicators (blood pressure, blood sugar, etc.) and how you feel instead."<br /><br />Darryl does mention taking measurements (as markers for health) as well as blood pressure, resting heart rate and getting blood tests, etc. I think his focus on health is the primary objective, looking better will be a side-benefit.
